I offer the option of private pay. This means that I am not required to diganose a client for billing purposes. The benefit of this is that insurance companies will not dictate how long we work together or what our sessions will look like. It also provides complete confidentiality so you are in charge of your therapy journey, not your insurance company.
Rates: $195 for intake, $170 for follow up sessions

All major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you choose to use your insurance, I am currently in network with Regence/ Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Moda, Providence, UnitedHealthcare and the Optum network. For out of network plans, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 no show fee.
